The administration of this conference is based in the UK where we will hold delegate information. We adhere to the provisions of the UK Data Protection Act 1998, which gives you control over the information held about you and how we contact you in future. Any information given to us through this website will be used only for communication relating to the Conference between contractors acting for the Hepatitis B and C Summit Conferences Association asbl and yourself. Under no circumstances will we pass on your details to any other organisation.

We may make your name available to other delegates attending the conference but not your contact details.

Checking Your Records
Please contact us if you would like a copy of the records we have about you. We can let you have this within 14 days from time of written request and have a £10 charge to cover administration.
We do everything possible to keep all personal information secure. No technology is fail-safe, but we make every reasonable effort to keep our systems up to date with the relevant protocols.
Whilst we do not envisage any alterations to this policy, should circumstances, legislation or technology change we may need to update it. In this event, we will highlight any revisions and post them on this website.
